Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategies to support ocean volume growth and enhance ocean product development
• Analyze carrier services, routings, and performance to optimize business outcomes
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to outline strategy, market conditions, and deliverables
• Support sales and operations as an ocean subject matter expert
• Implement and communicate pricing programs to maximize competitiveness and enhance service

Essential Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in the international freight forwarding industry, including direct ocean experience
• Prior ocean carrier experience a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
