HERE’S THE RUNDOWN: Greatness Media is hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and studio support for multiple executives. This is a high volume and fast-paced role that works closely with other teams such as production and operations. The ideal candidate will have superior organizational and communication skills; be highly motivated and detail-oriented; and can remain calm under pressure. Job responsibilities include administrative duties, studio guest hospitality, office management and scheduling. Bonus points if you are a great listener and enjoy connecting with people! This is a stellar opportunity to create structure with our quickly growing team and business. HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Serve as the day-to-day office manager for duties including: scheduling, communications, shipments, maintenance, supplies, equipment, errands
- Create and schedule variety of video calls with team, vendors and guests
- Organize and maintain studio office space
- Provide in studio hospitality to guests and team members
- Email and calendar management
- Manage executive travel and expense reports
- Running errands as needed
- Participate in regularly scheduled weekly meetings
- And other duties as assigned
YOUR ABILITIES AND EXPERTISE:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as Administrative Assistant or similar position
- Thrives in a fast paced environment on a wide variety of projects with high bandwidth demands
- Experience with a remote, start up and/or small team is ideal
- Exemplary attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Task oriented and solution driven; comfortable navigating complex situations
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Naturally inquisitive, analytical and growth minded
- Must be available to support in office Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm PT

THE TEAM YOU’LL COLLABORATE WITH:
- The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Business Manager. You will work closely with all of the Greatness Media teams.

- The typical work schedule is Monday – Friday, 9AM - 6PM with occasional weekend work.
