Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team in Kentucky. As a remote employee, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions, and going above and beyond to wow our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact Chewy for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
- Go above and beyond to wow our customers by thinking critically and providing solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed support to customers. Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pet-related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
- Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry standards.
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
- Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce. Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
