- Comfort with navigating and troubleshooting iOS, macOS, and related Apple technologies.
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection.

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar remote role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Experience using CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Part-time remote position.
- Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
- Minimum availability of 20 25 hours per week.
