MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER- Fully Remote Position

- Originate and manage a pipeline of mortgage loans, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, DSCR and other loan programs.
- Educate clients on the mortgage process and assist them in selecting the best loan products for their needs.
- Collect and review necessary financial documentation and conduct credit analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending guidelines, market trends, and products.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources. Attend open houses, host agent events/lunch and learns.
- Maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Solid book of business with referral partners and clients.
- Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- NMLS license or willingness to obtain one.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
