VP of Operations - Digital Marketing Agency (President Track) Florida-based digital marketing agency (20+ years, 65+ PPC clients, 140 SEO and web design/hosting client) seeks experienced agency operator to lead operations and own P&L. This is NOT a consultant role. This is full-time operational leadership. We're looking for someone who has:
- Run agency operations (not just managed accounts)
- Sold and delivered B2B service retainers ($5K-$15K/month)
- Personally managed Google Ads campaigns at scale
- Built and managed offshore teams (India/Philippines)
- Owned P&L and grown agency revenue
The Situation: Our PPC Director will likely leave the company in Q2 - Q3, 2026. We need an operator who can:
- Replace him if and when that should happen (expert PPC skills required)
- Retain 65+ PPC client relationships (excellent communication)
- Scale the business (build Premier Packages, offshore teams)
- Own operations (run the business, not just execute tasks)
This is a President/Operating Partner role with equity upside for the right person. What You'll Do: Months 1-3: Stabilize & Transition
- Meet all 65 clients personally
- Work with departing PPC Director (knowledge transfer)
- Audit all PPC accounts and client relationships
- Ensure zero client churn during transition
- Begin upgrading existing clients to Premium Packages
Months 4-6: Build & Scale
- Hire and train India-based PPC team
- Manage Philippines-based SEO team
- Close 5-7 Premium Package upgrades ($8K-$15K/month)
- Systemize service delivery
Months 7-12: Own & Grow
- Drive LinkedIn outbound sales strategy
- Build strategic partnership referral network
- Manage offshore execution teams
- Own P&L (revenue, margins, profit)

Compensation

- Year 2-3: $150K-$300K total (as business scales)

- Year 4-5: $600K-$1.2M+ (if 30% equity earned at $1M profit)
