Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center Loyalty Program

Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, and chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with blithequark's service standards
- Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments when necessary
- Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of blithequark's products and services
- Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders
- Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases
- Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 18 months
- Availability to work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems

* Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
- Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes
- Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making
- Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments
- Works under close supervision
