Your Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle Incoming Calls Promptly and Professionally: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Research and Provide Effective Resolutions: Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Accurately Document Call Details: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Communicate Empathetically and Diplomatically: Engage with customers in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner
- Meet Team Goals for Quality and Customer Satisfaction: Contribute to team success by meeting quality and customer satisfaction targets

- At Least 1 Year of Experience in a Call Center Environment: Required
Job Requirements
• Must be 18 Years or Older: Eligible to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- Minimum of 1 Year at a Single Job, Preferably in Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to a single role
- Reliable Attendance: No absences in the first 90 days
- Typing at Least 25 WPM: Ability to meet typing requirements
- Hardwired Internet Connection: Minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
