As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the compassionate human connection that makes our service exceptional. Your Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Handle Incoming Calls Promptly and Professionally: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Research and Provide Effective Resolutions: Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Accurately Document Call Details: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Communicate Empathetically and Diplomatically: Engage with customers in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Meet Team Goals for Quality and Customer Satisfaction: Contribute to team success by meeting quality and customer satisfaction targets

  • Previous Healthcare Experience: A plus, but not required
  • At Least 1 Year of Experience in a Call Center Environment: Required

Job Requirements

Must be 18 Years or Older: Eligible to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Minimum of 1 Year at a Single Job, Preferably in Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to a single role
  • Reliable Attendance: No absences in the first 90 days
  • Typing at Least 25 WPM: Ability to meet typing requirements
  • Hardwired Internet Connection: Minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
  • Secure, Private Work Area at Home: Dedicated workspace for work and personal activities
  • Flexible Availability: Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
