Job Summary

As a Customer Benefits Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our existing and prospective clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding service and product knowledge to multiple clients throughout the day
  • Assisting clients with their queries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to clients
  • Adapting to changing client needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve client issues and concerns through active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the benefits or insurance industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
