About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Development Senior Specialist to lead high-impact initiatives, build leadership pipelines, and manage our Training Academy. This strategic role focuses on competency development, succession planning, leadership programs, assessments, vendor partnerships, and capability-building for traders and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement competency frameworks, skills maps, and capability-building plans
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and design targeted development programs
- Drive succession planning, manage HIPO pools, and coordinate leadership development
- Lead assessment initiatives using psychometric tools and simulations
- Oversee Training Academy programs, onboarding, rotations, and graduation events
- Manage LMS operations, digital learning pathways, and vendor partnerships
- Monitor budgets, plan events, and ensure governance and KPI reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 6–10+ years of experience in Talent Development, L&D, or HR Development
- Expertise in succession planning, competency frameworks, youth development, and vendor management
- Experience in Trading/Energy sector is an advantage
