Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist and Power BI Reporting Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for aggregating and uploading daily CSV reports from emails into Power BI on a daily basis. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to create visualizations on Power BI to help us better understand our data and make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Aggregating and uploading daily CSV reports from emails into Power BI on a daily basis - Creating visualizations on Power BI to help us better understand our data and make informed decisions - Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by verifying and validating data inputs - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop reporting solutions - Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to meet business requirements - Troubleshooting issues with data uploads and visualizations - Providing data insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in data entry, reporting, and data analysis - Proficiency in Power BI and ability to create complex visualizations - Experience with CSV files and ability to upload data into Power BI - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView - Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts - Experience with SQL and database management systems - Certification in Power BI or data analysis
