Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Contact List Builder, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed research to identify and compile contacts aligned with defined parameters (e.g., State, district, school, role, email address, and phone number) using public school district websites.
• Extracting and verifying key data points, including:

+ First Name & Last Name + Email Address (verified to maintain low bounce rates) + Job Title/Role + School and/or district Name & Website + LinkedIn profile URL (when applicable)

• Organizing and maintaining contact lists using tools like Google Sheets with clear, consistent formatting and tagging for easy segmentation and tracking.
• Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and outreach teams to align targeting and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Tracking performance metrics—including number of contacts added, data accuracy, and contribution to outreach success—and continuously improving list quality.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation, list building, or contact research—especially for education technology companies.
• Proficient use of AI to support research.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets(filtering, deduping, conditional formatting).
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately under high volume.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to operate independently or as part of a remote team.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant data regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
