As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, helping to unveil the mystery of finding and enrolling in health insurance. Key Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
  • Entering application data and responding to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a commitment to full attendance for paid training
  • A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet is required)
  • A personal device with a functioning camera required for the training period
  • A high level of comfort with learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, are also a plus.
