Responsibilities
As an Office Manager/Customer Liaison at blithequark, you will be responsible for the following key areas:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer communications (phone calls, emails, and text messages) and schedule jobs to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Assist with billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with vendor management to ensure seamless procurement and supply chain operations.
- Assist in screening and interviewing potential employees to help build a talented and dedicated team.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- At least 1 year of customer-facing responsibilities, preferably in the swimming pool industry.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- A stable home Wi-Fi connection and a work location with good cell phone service.
- A positive, diplomatic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Live full-time within 30 miles of Westchester County, NY (occasional in-person attendance required).
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other administrative tools.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
