Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Retail Customer Service and Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering excellent service to blithequark customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.
• Understanding and proactively staying up-to-date on blithequark's products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
• Supporting your peers throughout the store as needed by sharing knowledge about blithequark's products, services, and purchase options, and assisting in offering ownership opportunities.
• Maintaining accuracy and following guidance.
• Performing other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
• Contributing to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn.
• Demonstrating blithequark's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Minimum Qualifications

* You should have availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
