Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

Application and Certification Process

  • Pass a background and credit check, which requires a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details and will be discussed with you during the onboarding process.

Availability

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks that fit your needs and preferences. Client call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.
