About the Role

The Senior Sourcing Specialist is a key position within blithequark's procurement team, focusing on the strategic sourcing of professional services. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders across the organization to identify best-in-class service providers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships. You'll be at the forefront of driving business growth, process improvements, and innovation, while developing your skills as a strategic business leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing decisions.
• Develop and execute RFI/RFP processes for professional services in accordance with blithequark's policies and procedures.
• Analyze bids based on total bolthires/delivery to identify opportunities for bolthires optimization.
• Prepare and execute clear, structured negotiation strategies using Strategic Sourcing methodology.
• Prepare and execute contracts, as well as perform post-award administration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute performance management programs with service providers.
• Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices.
• Communicate and document key external relationships that impact planning and decision-making.
• Analyze industry trends and market conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of industry best practices.
• Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all interactions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in services category sourcing.
• The ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels.
• Strong strategic agility and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Internal client awareness and the ability to work in diverse environments.
• Knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement processes, basic legal terms & conditions, and industry trends.
• Proven expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements.
• Established experience working with the legal department on matters regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

To stand out as a candidate, you'll ideally have:

• Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services.
• A background in

Professional Services Sourcing.

• Consulting/Advisory experience. Education

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is required for this role.
