Job Summary

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Insurance Sales and Support, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and promoting our insurance products to a diverse customer base. This is an in-office position that requires effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide personalized solutions to meet their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and walk-in customers interested in receiving help with their insurance

• Make out-bound calls to follow up with policyholders regarding their insurance needs
• Make proper recommendations on additional insurance products
• Provide expert and professional advice on all aspects of the insurance policy
• Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all customers

Requirements
