Responsibilities

As a Sales Chat Closer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and responding to live chat and sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Engaging warm leads and converting them into paying customers through effective communication and objection handling
• Utilizing provided scripts and objection handling techniques to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction
• Updating lead tracking sheets or basic CRM entries to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
• Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Fluent English speaker: You must be a native English speaker or have a neutral or North American-friendly accent to effectively communicate with our customers.
• Strong written communication and grammar: Your written communication skills should be exceptional, with a focus on clarity, concision, and grammar.
• Prior sales/chat support experience: You should have a proven track record of success in sales or customer service, with experience in handling live chat and sales inquiries.
• Highly responsive and reliable: You must be able to respond quickly and consistently during your shift hours, with a focus on maintaining a 5-minute response time.
• Comfortable working in tools like Slack, Aircall, Gorgias: You should be familiar with these tools and able to navigate them efficiently to manage customer interactions and track leads.
• Stable internet and professional environment: You'll need a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace to ensure optimal performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar role, such as sales chat support or customer service

Compensation and Benefits
