Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and helpful. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, engaging with customers to address their needs promptly and effectively
  • Utilizing various systems to assist customers with ticket bookings, flight changes, and other inquiries related to travel arrangements

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
