Job Summary

As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our team by accurately and efficiently entering client information into our systems. You will work closely with our clients to gather information, process it through to the next stage, and ensure that all data is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about working in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter client information into our systems, including medical reviews and other relevant data

  • Process new cases by logging information and processing it through to the next stage
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel to enter data and create reports as needed
  • Ensure that all data is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs)

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in medical coding or a related field
