Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our Remote Aviation Support Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications
  • Addressing inquiries related to baggage, check-ins, and loyalty programs
  • Resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction

Requirements
