We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. With a focus on exceptional customer service, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing personalized support and guidance to our valued members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to union members, responding to inquiries and requests for information about available benefits
  • Educate members about the benefits and services offered by blithequark, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions
  • Work closely with union associations to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, where applicable, by promoting additional benefits to interested members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and new benefits offerings to provide expert guidance to members

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a union or benefits-related environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on member satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with union members and associations
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required)
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA

  • Experience working with labor unions, credit unions, or associations
  • Knowledge of benefits and services offered by blithequark
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring or training others
  • Self-motivation and a desire for professional development and growth
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
