We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our credentialing and enrollment support team, you'll play a vital role in validating and entering essential provider information to support our clients' credentialing and enrollment processes. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) offering a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

• Validating and entering data for provider enrollment, credentialing, and maintenance
• Managing provider information using systems such as Salesforce, HURN, RTMS, NASCO, and Cactus
• Reviewing contracts and applications to ensure complete and accurate data
• Cross-referencing provider credentials via licensing boards, accreditation sites, and sanction databases
• Following standard workflows and guidelines to ensure accurate, timely processing

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience

* Minimum 6 months of data entry experience * Exposure to administrative systems or healthcare platforms

Required Skills

* Attention to detail – accurately manage and input data * Ability to follow structured workflows – execute processes consistently * Self-management – stay productive while working independently

Preferred Skills

* Familiarity with Salesforce or credentialing databases (e.g., Cactus, RTMS) * Basic knowledge of credentialing standards and healthcare admin tools * Experience validating credentials across official verification databases
