Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries via email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns
  • Utilizing data tracking tools to monitor and analyze client interactions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless communication with clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, using Microsoft Excel to track and analyze data

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bilingualism: Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is essential for this position, as you will be interacting with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues.

  • Availability: You must be available to work Monday through Friday, 10am–2pm EST, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules as needed.
