Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team in Warren and Washington County, NY. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring their complete satisfaction with our services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their concerns

Essential Qualifications
