Essential Functions:
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls from customers
* Reviewing customer history as necessary
* Following policy and procedure guidelines
* Helping customers change travel plans
* Providing or confirming customers' travel itinerary
* Processing refunds
* Helping customers solve travel issues
* Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary
* Documenting information and outcomes as necessary
About You:
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
* Prior customer service experience
* Strong geographical knowledge
* Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products (preferred)
