Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chat Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers via live chat, ensuring that their inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in enhancing their overall experience with our brand.

Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and support
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Identifying trends in customer inquiries and providing feedback to management for process improvements
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service
  • Staying updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide the best customer experience

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in live chat support
