Job Overview

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer support and dispatching services to our valued clients. You'll work closely with our experienced team to resolve customer inquiries, manage service requests, and ensure seamless communication throughout the entire process. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their needs

  • Manage service requests, dispatching technicians to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell services to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring 100% satisfaction with each interaction
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • 1-3 years of customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Great phone skills are required!
  • Light Sales experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Customer service skills
  • Physical ability to sit for long periods of time
  • HVAC office experience a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus!

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and project management tools
