The Role

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth by collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources, including online systems and social media platforms
  • Preparing reports and visualizations to present findings to internal teams
  • Supporting business decisions with data-driven insights
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
  • Maintaining and updating dashboards for ongoing performance tracking

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Collection and Analysis: + Collect data from various sources, including online systems and social media platforms + Process and analyze data to identify trends and insights + Prepare reports and visualizations to present findings to internal teams

  • Data Visualization:

+ Create dashboards and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement + Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders

  • Collaboration and Communication:

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements + Communicate data insights and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders

  • Data Maintenance and Updates:

+ Maintain and update dashboards for ongoing performance tracking + Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying and correcting errors

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent qualification

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred
  • Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
