Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contract Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Tulsa, OK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing contracts, agreements, and other documents related to land leases, ROW agreements, and other land-related matters. Your expertise in Quorum Software and ability to analyze complex documents will be invaluable in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Core Responsibilities

As a Contract Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Making changes to contracting parties, names, assignments, and other related information
  • Preparing agreements, amendments, terminations, and contractual notices
  • Acting as a liaison between multiple departments and new contracts, agreements, changes, and other related matters
  • Ensuring that documents are logged and tracked until they are completed
  • Preparing contract briefs and updating computer systems to reflect changes and updates in various systems
  • Reviewing and analyzing files and other tasks assigned as necessary
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and agreements

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or 2+ years of related experience)
  • Proficient experience in MS Office Suite, with a high level of proficiency in Excel
  • SharePoint and GIS experience would be a plus
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and focused, with a strong ability to analyze complex documents and information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
