Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of blithequark's products and services

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver legendary service to our customers. You will need to be a team player, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
