Job Overview

We are looking for a full-time customer support specialist to handle live chat conversations with our existing and potential customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle live chat conversations with customers, responding to product-related questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Understand the customer's needs and context, asking the right questions to identify underlying issues and provide personalized solutions
  • Recommend the most suitable products or solutions based on the customer's needs, and convert conversations into successful sales when relevant
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they have a positive experience and address any additional questions or concerns they may have

Essential Qualifications

  • Full-time availability, aligned with European time zones
  • Experience in customer service, ideally via live chat
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Ability to guide customers and handle objections with empathy and professionalism

  • Comfortable with diagnosing needs and recommending solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in ecommerce, pet-related products, or DTC brands
  • Previous experience in a support + sales hybrid role
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and live chat platforms
  • Knowledge of pet nutrition, health, and wellness
