Job Overview

We are excited to offer a full-time Data Entry Clerk position at our Tampa location, with a competitive starting pay rate of $15.00 per hour and a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our Finance Department, responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our proprietary system, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter received check data into blithequark's proprietary system with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform accounts receivable, check reconciliation, and A/R follow-up tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • File, match invoices to checks, and maintain records in a high-volume environment
  • Create paper and electronic invoices from various sources
  • Calculate and enter cost, price, and margin into blithequark's proprietary system with precision
  • Create provider invoices and reconcile against invoices received
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Team Lead, or member of management

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet, with emphasis on Excel
  • Well-organized, multi-tasked, and attentive to details
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data entry, accounting, or a related field
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with proprietary software systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field

Skills and Competencies
