Experienced Remote Data Entry Representative – Customer Order Processing and Oracle System Management

Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate information and order specifications
- Reviewing, verifying, and making corrections to orders as necessary to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Managing orders in the Oracle system through the entire order cycle, from receipt to fulfillment
- Screening international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures
- Gathering information for measurement, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions
- Providing exceptional customer service through timely and efficient order processing, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience, with a strong focus on customer interaction and satisfaction
- Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience
- An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Paid training and a willingness to learn new software programs and systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP business systems
- A background in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
- A strong understanding of data analysis and reporting, with the ability to gather and interpret data to support business decisions

Shifts and Employment Types:
This position is available on a full-time, temp-to-hire basis, with a 1st shift schedule.
