Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative – E-Commerce Wholesale Operations, you'll be responsible for managing and processing online wholesale orders, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and processing online wholesale orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
  • Utilizing knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping options
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an e-commerce environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues
  • Basic knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping options and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working with Faire or Fashiongo, with knowledge of their systems and procedures
  • Sales experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer loyalty
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including order management and fulfillment systems
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales and customer service tools
