AI Agent & Automation Specialist

I am looking for a highly skilled AI Agent & Automation Specialist to help bridge the gap between our current Notion based product and the SaaS platform we are building. You will design, build and document practical AI agents and automations that our users can easily implement, while also helping architect the longer term system that will power our SaaS. If you love shipping useful agents, wiring tools together, and teaching others how to do the same, this is for you. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON ✅ Review our current Notion Template and suggest simple AI agents or automations that can be set up with tools like n8n, Gumloop, Make, Zapier and similar tools. ✅ Create simple, reusable Agent and Automation Templates that our users can plug into their own workflows connected to our Notion Template. ✅ Write clear Setup and Workflow Guides for each Agent and Automation Template so users know exactly how to configure, connect and use them. ✅ Translate my ideas for AI agents and automations into detailed Briefs with a clear Scope of Work, including requirements, dependencies and success criteria. ✅ Help evaluate which ideas are worth building now, later or not at all. ✅ Teach me and other teammates how to use tools like n8n and Gumloop to build simple agents and how to troubleshoot agents that are not working as expected. ✅ Map out the AI agents and automations we will want to build directly into the SaaS platform that will eventually replace our Notion Template. ✅ Build, test and optimize Custom GPTs, Claude Skills and Claude Artifacts on an ongoing basis for different use cases tied to our product. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE ✅ Wizard level AI Agent skills. You can set up simple agents quickly without fumbling around or learning on our dime. ✅ Experience building more complex multi step agents when needed without taking weeks or months to ship something working. ✅ Strong hands on experience with at least several of these tools: n8n, Gumloop, Make, Zapier or similar automation platforms. ✅ Experience connecting these tools to real world APIs and apps to automate end to end workflows. ✅ Solid experience with Notion and Notion AI or Notion AI Agents, especially when used as part of a broader workflow. ✅ Experience setting up, maintaining and optimizing complex RAG systems using tools like Supabase, Pinecone or similar vector and database stacks. ✅ Ability to think through data structures, context strategies and retrieval patterns so that agents are accurate and reliable, not just cool demos. ⭐ BONUS EXPERIENCE ✅ Experience rapidly prototyping or Vibe Coding AI powered SaaS apps. ✅ General coding experience in at least one language commonly used with automation or AI (for example TypeScript, Python or similar). ✅ Experience working with authentication, webhooks and hosted APIs for production facing tools. ✅ Experience in productized services, education, coaching or similar environments where workflow design and user experience really matter. You like to ship, test, iterate and improve rather than overthink and stall. ENGAGEMENT DETAILS ✅ Freelance to start, with potential for an ongoing and full-time role if there is a strong fit. ✅ Flexible hours, but you will need to respond to messages in a reasonable timeframe during business hours.
