Job Summary

As a Customer Care Professional at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our Cantonese-speaking customers, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to their inquiries. You will utilize your strong communication skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities

* Handle all customer inquiries and provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses in Cantonese.

  • Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with Cantonese-speaking customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Cantonese-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of blithequark products and services to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Proactively identify and address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to effectively assist customers with their needs.

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Cantonese (spoken and written)

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer relationship management tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a financial services or e-commerce environment

  • Knowledge of American Express products and services (or similar financial institutions)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management software and tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (Cantonese and English)
