Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for blithequark customers seeking assistance via online chat. You will answer questions, solve issues, and help guide customers through product information, order tracking, and account troubleshooting. This role requires the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers through live chat, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, and returns, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Ensure high-quality service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications
