Key Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Remote Online Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt and helpful assistance to customers through our online chat platform
  • Resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by actively listening, empathizing, and resolving issues efficiently

Essential Qualifications:
