Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and professional support via phone, chat, or email. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, chat, email)
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support

Required Skills and Qualifications
