A Day in the Life

As an Experienced Full Stack Operations Engineer, your day will be filled with a mix of technical challenges, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences. You will be responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing, and supporting metrics for our programs
  • Collaborating with BI/Data Engineering teams to drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources to continually improve quality
  • Reviewing information from multiple sources to confirm data integrity
  • Providing clear and timely reporting of key performance metrics across internal & external stakeholders
  • Overseeing multiple products, programs, and projects, and driving continuous improvement ideas into both the deployment cycle time (safety, quality, and productivity)
  • Detailing engineering design improvements to the hardware engineering and product teams to simplify the installation

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement metrics to measure program performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and improve quality
  • Provide clear and timely reporting of key performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee multiple products, programs, and projects, and drive continuous improvement ideas into both the deployment cycle time (safety, quality, and productivity)
  • Detail engineering design improvements to the hardware engineering and product teams to simplify the installation
  • Build relationships with customers and capture and synthesize their voice to inform product development and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, operations, supply chain, business administration)
  • Strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment
  • Ability to travel up to 75% or more, with occasional international travel
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours
  • Ability to work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
  • Ability to work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field

  • Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other operations engineer tools

* Competitive base pay ranging from $107,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,900/year in our highest geographic market
