Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional - Platinum, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Consistently delivering extraordinary service on a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and tailored to the Card Member's needs.
  • Consulting with Card Members to understand their needs and preferences, and providing unique solutions that add value to their experience.
  • Utilizing a service-oriented personality to develop key selling skills, including the ability to showcase humility and emotional acknowledgment of customer situations.
  • Responsible for case intake, analyzing fraud and dispute cases, and using tools and resources to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs.
  • Meeting and exceeding performance goals, including sales rates and customer performance metrics, while maintaining a positive and resilient attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless service.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Care Professional - Platinum at blithequark, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Strong written and communication skills to converse effectively with Card Members, including the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Resilience to manage a steady stream of customer calls and remain positive, even in challenging situations.
  • Ability to showcase humility and emotional acknowledgment of customer situations, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Technical savvy to multi-task and navigate multiple computer systems, including our CRM and other tools.
  • Integrity to manage sensitive Card Member information and adhere to compliance guidelines, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and security.
  • Driven to provide the ultimate experience for Card Members, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening and problem-solving skills.
