Experienced Customer Service Advocate – Remote Healthcare Support

As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be a vital part of our team, working remotely to support 50 to 70 people every day. You'll navigate the complex world of primary care doctors, medications, appointments, and benefits, using your knowledge and exceptional social skills to find solutions and make a real difference in people's lives. Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations, customer service, or a related field * Tech-savvy and confident navigating web-based systems and software applications * Detail-oriented with strong follow-through, and a commitment to accuracy and quality
