Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various blithequark databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Verifying and cross-checking information for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors promptly.
  • Processing large volumes of data efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail, generating reports and assisting in the preparation of data summaries as required by management.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth data workflow, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information.
  • Utilizing strong typing skills (minimum 40–50 WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, to efficiently manage data and reports.
  • Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, handling repetitive tasks efficiently without compromising accuracy.
  • Communicating effectively with team members when necessary, ensuring seamless collaboration and data exchange.

Required Skills and Qualifications
