Your Mission
As a Staff Customer Support Advocate, you'll be the face of blithequark's customer support, delivering exceptional experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. You'll spend around 60-70% of your time in the queue, supporting customers via email, live chat, and troubleshooting calls. The remaining 30-40% of your time will be dedicated to leading strategic projects that drive significant organizational impact, such as:
- Improving customer-facing documentation and training materials
- Enhancing our AI solution and training our team on its capabilities
- Creating comprehensive educational content for customers and internally
- Investigating and troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Providing expert frontline customer support and serving as an example of customer service excellence
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Significant (7+ years) experience in customer-facing roles, especially in SaaS
- Excellence in frontline customer support with consistent high performance
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities for complex technical issues
- Experience balancing daily support responsibilities with strategic initiatives
- Proven ability to take ownership of strategic initiatives that improve the team and customer experience
- Experience mentoring team members and driving knowledge sharing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
