Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Transcribing data from offline E-books into digital format with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of data entry tasks, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and adhering to company guidelines and standards for data entry
• Utilizing data entry software/tools to efficiently complete tasks
• Providing excellent customer service and communication with team members and clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proficiency in typing with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software/tools
• Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred, but not required
• A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software platforms

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Familiarity with E-book formats and digital content creation
• Experience with data entry software/tools, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
