Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to meet customers' unique needs.
- Offering available products and services to customers based on their requirements, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Building and maintaining trust with customers through effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Participating in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of insurance products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years post-secondary education or higher, or
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and phone systems.
