Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering best-in-class customer experiences to our clients and their students. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing timely and professional responses to written communication, and utilizing our CRM system to resolve technical inquiries. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound telephone calls, email, chat, and text communication

  • Meet productivity needs and adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals
  • Utilize our CRM system to resolve technical inquiries and follow up with customers for resolution
  • Update records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notate all interactions
  • Comprehend training material on various topics and share new concepts and content with the team
  • Adhere to federal and state laws governing the industry, client Statement of Work standards, and company guidelines and policies
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

What You Need to Succeed

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or remote setting)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers through effective communication and timely follow-up
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various technical devices and systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
