Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Answering after-hours phone calls and responding to customer needs through email
- Scheduling appointments with customers and on-call technicians
- Maintaining an organized system, including documenting and recording services and account changes
- Assisting with miscellaneous office duties as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers
Work Schedule
Our Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate position typically works from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends. We offer flexibility with multiple shifts available, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
